About Eaton Harbors Corporation (EHC)

  • Established as a business corporation in 1927 with 34 shareholders, the Eaton Harbors Corporation (EHC) has grown to over 180 properties. Our residents and neighbors include members of long-term, multi-generational families, young families just starting out and other residents drawn to the community by the peace, beauty, security and privacy of the neighborhood.
  • The Corporation includes a private beach, wetland, park and two private roads that are managed and maintained by an annually elected board of directors. Based on a shareholder-approved budget, Corporation activities are funded by an annual assessment.
